All orders outside the US will NOT BE PROCESSED!

Most orders will be processed within 24 hours, if ordered products are in stock. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered as business days.
Delivery business days are estimated. Actual delivery time may vary from the business days shown on Delivery Information webpage.
Next Day and 2nd Day deliveries are also available. Please contact us to get rates and conditions!

Shipping Charges and Tax
Prices shown do not include sales tax or shipping and handling charges, if applicable. MyPoolYard.com will collect, and Customer is responsible to pay for, sales and all other taxes associated with the order.
We ship promptly based on product availability. Please contact us for availability. Please inspect all items for damages when you receive from the carrier. MyPoolYard.com is NOT RESPONSIBLE for these occurrences and you must report to the carrier at time of delivery for any damages.
Please do not return without authorization from MyPoolYard.com. Any return without authorization will be refused.
You may return new, not used items sold within 30 days of delivery date. Delivery date is determined from the tracking information provided. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
There is absolutely no return or exchange on electrical parts, NO EXCEPTION!
There is absolutely no return or exchange on non-returnable items, NO EXCEPTION!
No returns or exchange on Special Orders, Heaters, above aground pool kits, liners. all sales are final on these items, unless there is wrong shipment.

There will be a at least 15% restocking fee applied to all returns, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please return the products in the packaging received.
Make sure to include a copy of original invoice and any additional instructions in the package.
We recommend you ship by an insured, trackable method.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
